Palmetto Farms’ first release is a small batch of fresh, raw, unfiltered Florida mangrove honey in 150 hand-numbered Founding Edition boxes. Each carries a number and a name on the founding roll. Once the 150 are sold, founding pricing ends and the collection sells at full price. The founding elements never come back.

Our first release is fresh, raw, unfiltered mangrove honey from this summer’s bloom. For a few weeks each year the black mangroves along the Florida coast bloom, and the bees have to be there when they do. Most years there is not much of it. This year there was enough for one small batch.

The final Founding Edition presentation will be revealed before fulfillment. All Founding Edition reservations are final.
Only 150 Founding Edition boxes will be offered across The Taste, The Table and The Gathering. Once those 150 reservations are filled, Founding Edition ordering will close.
Founding Edition pricing is available only on the first 150 boxes and will not be repeated.
Estimated fulfillment is October 2026. Because this is an agricultural and small-batch product, timing may be affected by bloom conditions, production schedules, weather or supply availability. If there is a material change to the fulfillment schedule, Palmetto Farms will communicate it directly to preorder customers.
Shipping is charged at checkout as a flat rate that passes through our actual carrier cost, or you may choose free local pickup in Polk or Orange County. Pickup details will be sent before fulfillment. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Honey is a natural agricultural product. Color, flavor and texture vary by season, and raw honey may crystallize over time, which is normal. Do not feed honey to infants under one year of age. Honey, beeswax, sea salt and dried citrus may not be suitable for people with related allergies or sensitivities. Review the contents listed for your collection before ordering. Palmetto Farms LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or use of any component contrary to the care card. Beeswax candles must never be left burning unattended.
Founding Edition customers will receive the first invitation to Palmetto Farms’ inaugural tasting event before invitations are opened more broadly.
