This year’s honey is done. It came off our own bees and it is sitting in drums right now, waiting on jars. Raw and unfiltered, straight from the comb, exactly the way the hive made it. Nothing added and nothing stripped out.
Sixteen ounce jars go up this fall in a small run. There is never very much of it, and we like it that way. Get on the list and we will tell you the day it is ready, before it goes anywhere else.

Saw palmetto runs in the spring, and that is the harvest the land is named for. Different bloom, different honey, and worth the wait. Anyone on the list gets first call on that one too.
Jars are not open yet, but the bees do not wait. Every dollar goes into hives, forage, and keeping colonies healthy through a Florida summer. Give what makes sense and we will tell you exactly what it went to.
